At Atlas Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure the Shipment

  Carefully pack the records in their original protective mailers or equivalent sturdy packaging to ensure they are not warped or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Atlas

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned media for condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement record within 3-5 business days.
